Racism is a little different. Some people cannot afford equality. Still, racism is wrong. In terms of sales, good customers get better treatment. Wrong for a public company. Necessary for a small business owners. Furthermore, stereotypes and prejudice are wrong as well.

Still, we can take out the extreme nature in order to make it a civilized argument. Don’t start an intractable conflict. Be cool about your opinion.
