Disturbing those around you when on a mobile device is rude and inconsiderate. Profanity is disturbing to all those around when spoken in public. It is purposely done to disrupt or degrade something or someone. A curse is a wish or prayer that something bad will happen to another. It is disruptive because it is not generally accepted speach and often is accompanied by a raised voice. Degrading and disrupting people is uncivilized. Do not swear or curse in public because it is disturbing to the public.
Everyone could use a little netiquette!
